A true giver
Nel is a marvel, she is serious about her treatments and knows how to relax your whole being not just your body. I felt like I woke up in September… 100% my new number 1 therapist. Thank you so much. I slept so well last night.

Nels is very passionate about the treatment she dispenses. She really does have the 'magic' in her hands to soothe away problems from an aching body.

Nels searches
Nels is the Delta Bravo's of the massage world which I have been to very many across the global world, she's very knowledgeable on many a also gonna use her as my ghost writer for my new book/film.I fully recommend her 90 mins massage she found lumps in my calf's ankles where others didn't find which has now cured my gout etc cheers. Nels

One of the best decisions I have made!
Nels was recommended to me through a friend who could not speak more highly of her, and he was right!
I had been suffering with lower back pain for quite some time which Nels managed to sort out better than any other therapist I have seen (and believe me, I've seen a few!).
Since then I now have her booked in on weekly visits and have also been exploring the counselling side of therapy that she provides. I must say, having both my physical and mental well being looked after by her has worked wonders for me and will be continuing this far in to the future!
Professional, personable, warm and kind, highly recommend!

After moving to the London area, I was very pleased to have come across Nels. I have been having regular massages for years so am very picky. We instantly gelled, Nels was very warming and easy to talk to. she was extremely professional and I was absolutely blown away with my first massage. I now have weekly massages with her and would highly recommend.

You are in very good hands with Nels - in all senses of the phrase! She relieved a sciatic pain in my thigh and regularly sorts out all my stress related tensions with an attentive touch and a kind, listening ear. She is extremely knowledgable in all of her fields and will approach any questions/thoughts with an open and warm mind.
I particularly enjoyed her poem 'Don't' as I think we all have similar thoughts to the poem in everyday life. Sometimes it's about living in the moment and absorbing everything in it rather than second guessing things that are good. We could all try and practice some positive thinking - especially during this lockdown.
Would highly recommend.

listened to the poems Gobshite and whiskey and dust, both are very contrasting.The use of unusual vocabulary in Gobshite was very amusing and interesting. Whiskey and dust was very relatable.
I have had a few massages with Nels and i have to say she was very comforting and i could tell immediately she knew what she was doing. She eliminated a pain i had in my neck within one session with her. Highly recommended!!!

I had a combined therapy session with Nels, which included a 90 minute massage and a one hour counselling session. It was absolutely fantastic. The counselling was first and allowed me to explore my thoughts and emotions with Nels in a secure way, which gave me the confidence to go to places I didn't realise I could.
I was then able to unwind, relax and switch onto the physical feelings I had with the most amazing deep tissue massage. The whole experience was so fulfilling and such good value for money. I will definitely be back.

Great Massage!
Had a great massage today from Nels. Unfortunately, it had been postponed due to lockdown but DEFINITELY worth the wait. Nels was friendly, kind and so lovely. She knew her stuff and exactly where to focus on. My hips and back ache has completely eased. Will certainly be booking again in the next few weeks. Thank you again!
