I am a trainee counsellor focusing on working one to one seeking solutions and change. In a non-judgmental, understanding and empathic environment, people are able to explore issues and life situations in a way that promotes healing and clarity within themselves and their lives.
When this happens, their vision is clearer, they have more choices and they are on the way to fulfilling their full potential.
Massage is one of the oldest health care practices. I give touch instinctively to ease stress, relieve pain and give comfort. The hands of a trained therapist can help to improve health and wellbeing through expert manipulation of muscles and other soft tissue.
Regular massage can help to maintain health, increase vitality, and balance body, mind and spirit.
